Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hour notice for the cancellation of services to avoid incurring charges. If the required notice is not given, the client will be responsible for 50% of the total service fee due, with no exceptions made to this policy. Additionally, in consideration of your stylists' schedule and the needs of other clients, our policy addresses repeated no-shows or late cancellations. Following three instances within a year, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule future appointments. This helps ensure commitment to the reserved time and that our business can effectively manage scheduling and mitigate potential losses resulting from last-minute cancellations.
